Mr. Digenopoulos began his journey in the catering and pastry making industry 25 years ago, when he took over the Frulatti Company. Since then, with a stamina, high morale, great respect for professionals, and passion for the highest quality and constant education within the field, he continues his journey with mastery, putting his own signature on the creation of the unique Pastry Academy, in collaboration with well-known chef Alain Chatrier.
Alain Chartier’s partnership with Frulatti has been the culmination of a successful long term collaboration and friendship between the award-winning Chef and Mr. Digenopoulos.
Mr. Chartier has been a guest of Frulatti several times in recent years. During these visits he has given the opportunity to the Greek professionals to learn his art, craft and techniques, those that made him one of the world’s leading Pastry Chefs.
His seminars have received huge acceptance from the public, so the idea of co-creating a pastry school in Greece was just a matter of time. In the beginning, the idea was to organize a form of Masterclasses, giving participants the opportunity to learn different techniques from the acclaimed Chef, as to make them their property and be able to reproduce them successfully in the future.
