OUR VISION
Our passion for the art of pastry making and our strong desire to provide the opportunity for knowledge and continuous development to the professionals across the industry are the key driving forces behind the creation of the “Academie de Patisserie par Alain Chartier”.
The “Academie de Patisserie par Alain Chartier” is an unique Greek-French alliance designed to bring together the culinary cultures of the two countries in a splendid pool of know-how from MOF’s, World Champions, members of Relais Desserts, and Tradition Gourmande.
Christos Digenopoulos
Mr. Digenopoulos began his journey in the catering and pastry making industry 25 years ago, when he took over the Frulatti Company. Since then, with a stamina, high morale, great respect for professionals, and passion for the highest quality and constant education within the field
Alain Chartier
Mr. Chartier has been a guest of Frulatti several times in recent years. During these visits he has given the opportunity to the Greek professionals to learn his art, craft and techniques, those that made him one of the world’s leading Pastry Chefs.

OUR SPACE
The state-of-the-art training facilities of the Greek Bakery School, at the “Loulis Mill” premises in Keratsini, Attica, will host the Masterclasses of the “Academie de Patisserie par Alain Chartier”.
